Music Therapy Courses

The Apollo Hospitals in Madras in its Music Therapy Department conducting courses for the music therapy in under graduation and in advanced levels.

The undergraduate course in music therapy is for three years with six semesters, comprising of two semesters for every year. There will be fourteen theory papers with one project work in the final semester and twelve weeks of internship in hospitals.

The course fee for the UG course is RS 12,500/- per semester. Examination fees extra.

Eligibility: +2 with Physics as one of the subject. Age limit 18 years to 25 years.

The ADVANCED LEVEL MUSIC THERAPY COURSE is for one year with two semesters each semester comprising of six months each.

Eligibility: Masters in Psychology and Classical music. There will be 4+4 theory papers in each semester and one project work in the second semester.

Course fee: RS 30,000/- per semester. Examination fees extra.
